Amazing!!! Kizzy not only brings your curls back to life but talks through all the processes she takes. Showing you how to manage your hair at home. Giving tips and tricks along the way. She talks through your different curl patterns and why the products she is using is best suited for your hair. Plus all the products she uses can be purchased on site for a very reasonable price. The atmosphere in the salon is warm, calm and welcoming. My daughter is very tender headed, she won’t let anyone but Kizzy touch her hair. It is the only salon she has left with a smile on her face and without crying. She cuts each individual curl ensuring that your cut is even and the desired length (she doesn’t pull your curls straight when cutting then wonder why she has to even it out when the curls are dry). It’s no wonder she has a three month wait list curl taming genius that she is. Mia will never go anywhere else now. Thank you so much.

Fran and the team did a great job of making our 2yo feel at ease and keeping her calm and entertained while they cut her hair, which is now so healthy and glossy. The wash and style they gave her has left her with the most glossy ringlets, we'll be back!

This is the first haircut I’ve ever *actually* been happy with!! I have wavy hair, and booked in with Kinson hair studio to have my first ever curly/wavy cut as I saw that they are specialists and have amazing reviews - and deservedly so! Kizzy is so lovely and welcoming; she really took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained everything as she was doing it. She went through my current routine and advised on those products, and also suggested some better products for me to use that would work better with my hair type. I’ve left the appointment with the wavy hair of my dreams and some really invaluable tips on how to maintain and style my hair properly. I can’t recommend Kinson enough! Thank you! ❤️

Had a great experience with Kizzy and Fran. Both were really welcoming and were very patient explaining tips about caring for my 3c/4a type hair. Fran was very thorough and made sure to cut my hair when dry and then again after it had been washed. They explained all the products they used on my hair and why they were doing so. My hair feels so much healthier and will definitely be returning :)

Wow is all I can say. I visited Kinson hair studio to have my first ever curly cut and I was not disappointed. Kizzy made me feel so comfortable and really listened to my concerns about my curls. Every process was thoroughly explained and I went away with so many tips and tricks on how to keep my curls healthy and looking fresh. I’m still absolutely blown away by the final result and couldn’t recommend Kizzy enough for my fellow curlies . I will definitely be returning and sending in my sister and mum too! This was my first visit to Kinson Hair Studio and my first ever time seeing a curl specialist at the age of 50+My whole experience was exceptional and I can't recommend highly enough - Kizzy was warm and friendly, took time to talk through and understand what I wanted to achieve, and had an absolute wealth of knowledge, experience and advice to share.I've never felt so confident and relaxed letting a hair stylist loose on my hair - it was actually quite emotional to be in such safe hands after some of the disastrous poodle cuts over the years. Kizzy showed me how fabulous my curly hair can be and not just something to be 'managed' into submission!Amazing, looking forward to going back!

Had my first ever curly cut today and it was hands down the best consultation and salon experience I have ever had. Kizzy is more than just a good hairdresser that knows her stuff. She really has considered everything. Her salon is immaculate, intimate and the atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and friendly. I left today with beautiful hair, the knowledge to care for it properly , and feeling like I had spent the day with friends. This girl puts her soul into what she does and it shows. We have been trying to get a booking for a while now, and were lucky to book a sibling haircut by Fran. My girls absolutely loved the experience. They have had some bad experiences at hairdressers who do not understand their mixed hair, but all those reservations just just melted away with the lovely atmosphere and the expertise. Throughout the appointment they were made to feel comfortable, all the steps were explained to them and cuts were agreed with them and they felt so proud and special about their hair by the end of the appointment.Fran gave me tips and showed how to look after the girls hair at home and I was able to buy the products needed as well. We will definitely go back!
