Efficient, friendly and very helpful. I spoke with a lovely chap named Owen a couple of weeks ago. Really helpful and extremely polite. Own helped set up a call with Nathan today which was brilliant! Expecting it to be a little boring and not that worthwhile but I was very impressed and completely wrong! Nathan was fabulous at showing me around the app and although I’ve explored it myself he showed me so much more than I realised was available. Nathan was super helpful, polite, engaging and answered all my questions very efficiently. Great service, thank you.

Great service. Lynn showed great patience as she guided me through all the benefits of using the app or going online. Nothing was a problem to her with any questions or concerns I had and was happy to spend time with me to make sure I was comfortable using the system.

This morning I had a tutorial phone call with Lynn. She called me at the time we had arranged. She was polite and friendly and immediately put me at my ease. She carefully went through all the information on the app and explained how each feature would be useful to me.We chatted freely and I felt that I was speaking with a friend. She was amazing.I wish I received such service from every company I dealt with.Thank you Lynn. I spoke with Ellie this morning (10/11/2023) regarding accessing my pension pot. She guided me through my application with patience and, even though we had a couple of hitches during the process, made sure that everything was completed as it should be. And, as promised, Ellie contacted me later to confirm that all had been received and was good to go. It’s great to experience good customer service - so a big thank you Ellie for your support.
