The Pet Crematorium Durham

Just collected our darling little Pheobe and brought her home.Having had the unfortunate experience of requiring the service of The Pet Crematorium twice before we know how very helpful and sincere the staff can be. They did not let us down on this occasion for which I can't thank them enough.

Wonderful heartfelt service- thank you. We were so thankful that the staff went the extra mile and sent back a paw print of Russell's. Only just stopped weeping!! Professionalism with support and understanding makes an incredibly hard time just that bit easier. Thanks again ❤️

Thank you to all the staff for dealing with the cremation of our beloved whippet Lily in such a professional, respectful and dignified manner. Lily was cremated here a week after being put to sleep at the vets following illness. As a family we have been utterly heartbroken but the care and attention recieved from the Pet Crematorium really meant a lot to us. We chose to view Lily before the cremation and whilst I was initially unsure whether this was wise, I'm so thankful we did as it allowed us to say our final goodbyes in a peaceful and private environment. We also chose to have a paw print cast taken and to bring Lily's ashes home later the same day. Thank you for putting us at ease and dealing with a very difficult situation so sensitively.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of our beloved dog, Marley. The presentation box, shaker tube, and card were so tasteful, and in keeping with the occasion. Please give a special thank you to Lynn, who looked after our boy at the end. RIP Marley.

A heartfelt thank you for taking care of my boy Toby on what was the worse day of my entire life. Thank you for treating him with the care and dignity he deserved and for making losing him a little easier to bear.The whole experience from first contact to collecting his ashes was compassionate, comforting and reassuring, even our vet nurse highly recommend you as she had previously brought her own dog to you.We are forever grateful.Toby , who was, is, and will always be my world.

I just had to write to say a heartfelt thank you for looking after our beloved Samoyed, Cosmo. The way everything was packaged, with a heart and his name on his fur cutting and paw imprint was very appreciated. It added a true warmth and showed how caring your staff are.
