Emma is lovely, kind and very friendly. Also, listens to what you like done with your hair. There's a loyalty card scheme too!! Highly recommended!!

Waste of time. I’ve been here a few times. Who ever answered the phone when I call… useless. She doesn’t have a clue whatsoever. Clueless.

Very Bad hair cut.. really wasn’t happy. When I called Emma the manager asked me to come in to see the hair.. when I said it was cut too short and badly.Didn’t get my money back, very poor customer service. Will definitively not returning.

Great experience. Had never had my hair done by anyone else other than my cousin so was a bit scared. Got my hair done by Chloe who was incredible and did exactly what I wanted and it looked even better than I had expected. Very friendly staff and professional. Will definitely be returning
