Didn't even have a contract to install as pre install failed to offer me an installation without running an electrical cable under the rug as I have no sockets on the exterior, inside walls. They wanted a password to cancel an order that was only to be agreed if they could install it and then told me to go into my account, which they had set up prior to pre-install without even knowing if they could install it! Not very helpful and TBH so glad I am not having their service!

Really positive experience. Well located store in central shopping area. Easy to find. Plenty of staff. Friendly atmosphere. Jamie served me and assisted with my upgrade. Polite and very efficient service. All sorted in less that 30 minutes! Fab!Phone was delivered to my home address this morning as agreed. Love it!

Access to the customer service of this company is Terrible !!!After waiting for minutes, the customer service did not solve my problem and finally hung up!!!It is a pity that you do not even know how to teach your colleagues to be polite and treat with customerThey don't have an online chat featuresLeaving a phone that you have to go through a thousand twists and turns to be able to talk to the customer service!!!!!!!!The website is also awful to get to the problem you need

We came to the Coventry city centre store with a view to take out a new phone contract earlier on today.After having a look online for a great deal, we wanted to come to store to ask some questions and get reassurance.We were really disappointed that all 5 members of the sales team sat there, talking to each other, totally disinterested that we were there. After looking at the phones in store, we left without any of the team approaching us to ask if we wanted any help.

I had very bad experience from Virgin media I have cancelled my contract because for more then three months I don't had Internet access it was waste of money.They charge me cancellation fee I have paid but still they sending me bill please don't trust them they have very poor service.

Went to see if VM would do a deal as my contact was coming to the end and my price went from £40 to £60. Was told that nothing on offer for existing customers that they would not match ones for new customers. I could have a package closest to my existing one. For the same price however, a new customer would be offered twice the broadband speed. So much for loyalty. They have only succeeded in driving me into the hands of Sky. Keep it up VM. At least I know you have no concept of customer service or rewarding loyalty. My advice to everyone is steer clear as others value customers more.

Closed down, so doesn't exist, though on Google it says they are open. There are no physical Virgin Media Stores as of 2020.
