Went to this shop to get a cracked screen replaced on iPhone 6plus. The customer service was great, the replacement screen on my phone is super (honestly, it's really good as I was concerned that might be a bit flaky), and the price was really excellent. The job took about 20 mins and it was an altogether pleasant experience. They even put a new screen protector on at no cost, which was very kind.

I will be recommending this place to everyone! I went into the shop today to buy a SIM card. The gentlemen didn’t charge me for the sim instead he said put the money in charity! We need more people like this in the world. I’ll be going in just to buy random bits to support this business moving forwards. Great customer service skills guys! Keep up the incredible work!

Hi,I went to this phone shop as an emergency, my phone stopped working and i needed replacement so i don't have any disruption to my work, the lad who is working there recommended iPhone 6 plus s which i said ok if it does my work temporarily and he said its got warranty for 3 month after few days the phone battery starts to be funny loose charging very fast i went to him and he said i will order battery come back, i did and he replaced it, few days later the i went to bed put the phone in charger woke up the phone was off completely and is not turning on, i went back to them the guy said its you again i was embarrassed to go back but i had no choice they took my phone number and asked to come later which i did, the owner and the brother after i came back they started talking in different language and then came to me and said the phone had water damage i didn't know how but that what he said and advice me to leave it, i went the next day the young brother had opened the phone and left damage on the side and told me it will have to go for repair and i will have to pay, i told him it not fair he replied its only £50 phone which i paid £120 for, i took the phone and i broke it into two pieces so he can't access and saves my self hassle after i read the comments on Google.AVOID AVOID AVOID at any cost dodgy shop

Avoid this scammers, bought a huawei phone from this specific shop and within few days been back there trying to exchange for a different model (as the one I bought didn't had Google play store) and it was getting very hot when in use. . The workers there they don't even listen to the issues I have, one of him just start screaming around like no no we can't change it is your fault

I gave my phone to the shop more than one month ago for a repering a glass. Owner told me that they need 1 hour to do it. The most important information is that actually the phone had 1 month, and just the glass was broken. After 2 hours I went to pick up the phone, he told me that he ordered wrong glass and only half of the screen is working and he needs one more week to order a glass etc. After one week he told me that in the time of changing the glass he broke whole hardware and he needs sth around 1 week to order me a new phone. After that he was keeping excuses why he doesnt have the phone yet. He was doing like that for ONE MONTH. Today at 3pm he told that he needs 3 more hours for delivery. I came back around 7pm and he told me that he doesnt know why but they deleted his bank account from amazon and he can give me 150£ for the phone. I told them that I paid for this phone 300£ 1 month before I gave for them plus I paid 50£ to them as a cash advance. It didnt bring any results so after few minutes conversation I took 150£. Now i check on amazon the minimum price for the phone is 221£. So actually they pay me 100£ for a fully working phone only with broken glass, because when I was asking about my broken phone back they told me that they gave it already for somebody alse, because maybe friend of a friend can fix it.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, even if its going to be the last phone shop on this planet.

I went to the shop to get help with my USB port not charging. They repaired it (at a very high price), but broke my phone completely!!! After the repair my network connection is gone, as they probably damaged the cable going from the USB port to the signal and motherboard... But the thing that really shocked me that most was the attitude of the guy, basically laughing at me saying it's your problem bro

Don’t buy a phone from these it’s most likely stolen then cleared for resell Avoid!
