Our oven blew and they came out within 2 hours of me calling. Part was now obsolete so he quoted me for a new oven and fitting. Very reasonable price and he was a fantastic man would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you

On-line order followed up with telephone consultation. Correctly identified the fault over the phone and indicated a timescale for obtaining the part that would be needed which in the event was a lot less. Brought the part, confirmed the fault, replaced the part quickly and efficiently. Job done and would definitely use them again if required. Also very careful to observe current guidance for Covid 19 and wearing masks etc.
