Dropped in to purchase two tennis rackets, plus covers, and a pair of shoes - spent several hundred pounds in one transaction! After I had paid, and on my way out, I noticed a pot of silicon racket dampeners and asked if I could have one thrown in. They said no, it's £2.50. Seemed very mean after spending so much!! I don't think I will be giving them repeat business.

Demo was good while perhaps oversubscribed; restringing is as promised, badminton racket service got me t-shirts better than they were when new, so all good.

They were really helpful in getting the shoes my son was looking for in to the Cambridge shop from their other branches, so he could actually try both pairs on and see which felt right. They let me know when they had them in the shop, so I didn't have to chase them up, and their late opening hours meant I could take him after school and work. Prices were good, too. We'll go back next time he needs any more tennis equipment.

Really disappointed with the service I received from using their demo service. I paid £60 worth of fees to demo rackets which would be refundable against a new racket. The racket I wanted to buy was not available so they just said due to the terms and conditions" I can't have any refund. They didn't even allow me to get the refund against a different purchase such as shoes for compensation

Great discovery. Scoured the UK for the racket my son wanted. Encountered some iffy websites which never sent the paid for product and had to really battle for a refund. Belatedly found Topspin Tennis. My query on a racket was answered swiftly by Mark who got me the info I needed. Ordered on Wednesday afternoon and arrived Friday morning in secure packaging. Great service.

Great service. We're in Leeds and wanted to try out a couple of demo rackets, we put an order in on line and received an email a couple of weeks later saying the rackets were in stock and we were to pay £10 deposit for each racket. We tried the demo rackets and my son decided which one he wanted, I contacted the office who took payment for the rackets and knocked off the money we had paid for the demo rackets. Both sets of rackets arrived promptly and well packaged. Very happy with the service and will definitely be using this company in the future. Thank you for your help and assistance, we really appreciate it.
