Did a lovely job of my daughters hair

Arrived at a consultation with a photo of what I wanted, was told it wouldnt be a problem as I hadn't dyed my hair in years and that they'd be able to match the colour just fine. Arrived for appointment and was sat in reception for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there, despite numerous people walking past me. I was just about to walk out because they were so rude but was called through just before I was going to go. Walked out with hair that didnt match the photo at all, do not ask for balayage because they obviously dont have a clue how to do it. It took that long to dye my hair the same colour barbie bleach that they didnt have time to cut it but still made me pay the full amount I was quoted for a cut and colour. I called them after I got home and saw it properly to see if they could sort it out but they weren't interested in putting it right and instead told me to see what it's like after a few washes once its 'calmed down' which I've never been told in the whole 10 years I've been getting my hair coloured at Toni and Guy. I gave up trying to ask them to sort it and went elsewhere. Overall terrible service, terrible hairdressers and I'm only giving 1 star because I have to.

Didn’t get the experience I was lead to believe! And not so kind and responsive to messages! Even when you would like to go back and apologise for any inconvenience and misunderstanding in reading messages! They don’t want to know! So much for keeping regular customers!

Such good value for money, I've been going to lynx for over 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. My hair colour cut and blue dry cost me under £60.

I had quiet a big change with my style and length and Jody did an absolutely amazing job of my cut colour and finished looked I was very pleased with it and will definitely be sticking with Jody now she's an amazing stylist
