I’ve used this company for quite a few years and they are extremely efficient and trust worthy.

We have used RF Henderson for over 20 years for boiler servicing (including installation of a new boiler). The service has never been anything other than professional, courteous and reliable.Our energy supplier recently detected a gas leak whilst installing a new meter, so had to cap off the supply. At short notice, a Henderson engineer came early next morning and quickly identified and managed the source of the leak. He was friendly, polite and showed great respect for our property.10/10

Had been let down by another company who had done more harm than good to our boiler and refused to come rectify their mistake. R F Henderson came out same day fixed the mistakes that had been made serviced our boiler and charged a very reasonable price. Fantastic company who I’ll be using for any future work needed.

My boiler was leaking massively after a weekend away from a broken hose. I called RF Henderson and they came out within the hour (Was given a 3 hour window) and fixed the job on the spot, replacing the hose, the burnt out gasket and completed a service. Couldn't recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Just had the worst experience with this company. They came out in October and repressurised my boiler system that was losing pressure, £69 call out charge, but that was all and was happy. Since then I've had to add water into the system 3 times, i called them today (just over 4 wks later) and was told would need to pay another call out charge to look at problem and i should have called them back sooner (within a few days) I'd be more than happy to have paid for the repair but not another call out charge. I was told i was being unreasonable by a rude man on the phone, and when i said this was very short sighted and I'd have no choice but to take my business elsewhere, he answered 'brilliant'. strongly advise not to use, and go elsewhere.

Got boiler serviced,very good service and reasonable price. Lewis arrived and was very pleasant and done a very good job. Will definitely use again.
