Popped in on my lunch break, with a broken bag strap that I didn't have much hope of being repaired. I needn't have worried: the guy there fixed the problem immediately. I would definitely use them again.

I brought my Doc Martens here after trying and failing to break them in for a year, and ripping my feet up every time. I’d tried every single trick on the internet to break them in with no joy.They were really helpful in discussing what service I needed and what exactly they would do. They ended up putting my boots on their stretcher for a week. It’s made such a difference! I actually managed to wear them out of the house and could still walk by the time I got home, usually I’m limping!The best part… it only cost me £4.50!So cheap for the service. Would definitely recommend.

What a find! After my local Timpsons said they couldn't fix my leather bag (a much loved gift) and saying I'd have to find a saddler (!), this place took my bag without issue, fixed it overnight and all for under a fiver. Won't go anywhere else now and delighted that I can still keep using my bag. If they read this review - thank you so much!

Amazing local cobbler, they resoled my Solavairs for a very reasonable price after Timpson’s refused to use the soles I had purchased from Solavair directly
