Hawkins Citroën St Stephen

We go to Hawkins at St Stephens (peugeot) with our car Staff always polite ,helpful ,friendly not pushy It's more exspensive than some places but at our age and with taking the grandchildren around we want peace of mind and a car we know is safe They let us know what and if anything needs doing It has a health check when it has anything done to make us aware of future costs and plan when it needs to be done so it's at a time to suit usThere's a cafe on site if you're there a while and toilets Disabled access as well .You are asked if you want the car washed and the next day you receive a phone call to make sure you are happy with everything from your visitWe've never had cause not to be"

I'm always well looked after here. I am on the motability scheme and got my lovely Citroen C4 from Hawkins. I recently needed a service and had a very limited window in which to book it in (because I'm the most disorganised person on the planet) and they could not have been more helpful. They are always very accommodating and the staff are lovely. As a plus the café area is really nice and the complimentary coffee is good.

Set up well for the Covid situation. Staff friendly and helpful. However, very disappointed with Hawkins Blackwater not relaying important information about all Citreon cars being dealt with at St Stevens now, wasted extra miles on my journey from Tintagel.Thanks for the reply. However, it has highlighted the confusion, as I did go to Blackwater with my Citreon, but was diverted to St Stevens on arrival.

Always, well almost, great service. Exceptional customer service and delightful coffee facility whilst waiting, especially the freshly baked cookies. Usually very good at explaining work done.

The sales man was lovely but hawkins not so nice st Steven's

Steve the Citroën is wonderful. He's patient and courteous. An excellent Motobility man too. So happy to pop in and see him. Be ordering Air Cross in about 4 weeks.

Absolutely brilliant service. The salesman Darren was really friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Seemed like an old school approach to selling which in this sometimes mad world was a breath of fresh air.

Down in Cornwall on holiday, engine management light came on. Rang these people for help but was told We are booking for next wednesday" No other help available except Truo branch who are even further away! Strange as I have found Citroen dealers to be most helpful. Not these people. Beware!"

Wouldn't spend 2 mins to look at an issue, and would only look at it 2 weeks in the future

Very disappointed this visit, and I don't understand how sending you away in a courtesy car with no petrol in on E, petrol light on and being told there is a garage down the road adds to customer service
