Our laptop was damaged by a collapsed ceiling. It is used for business purposes so it was imperative that it was back fully functioning asap. I took the device to Computer Precision. The service was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I emphasised the urgency and they called me back within 20 minutes to confirm the damage (a cracked screen) and that they could repair with a new screen and carry out a clean the same day. The device was ready for collection in a few hours’ time. They also produced a detailed receipt for my insurance purposes. Overall I was very happy with the service and cost and would use Computer Precision again. Thank you.

First impressions, seems like a top class place that I’ll definitely be re-visiting. Took my laptop in for a really mundane fix (keyboard tile needed re-fixing) and proprietor made me feel just as valued as if I was bringing in a big job. Fixed it within 20 mins and wouldn’t charge me for it. Friendly front desk staff too. Really pleased I found this place. Prices for diagnostics seem very reasonable and conveniently, they also sell common peripherals like wired and cordless keyboards and mice.

Debbie and Sunil were very kind and communicative throughout. They weren't able to fix the problem because my computer is too old, the parts aren't made anymore, but they were honest and professional throughout the process.

Sunil went above and beyond to fix my laptop and put far more work in than the diagnostic price covered with great communication throughout. I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service and care and would trust them implicitly for any further issues I may have. Highly recommended.

Laptop received water damage. Sunil managed to retrieve all my data and fix the laptop within a week for a very reasonable price. Both Sunil and Debbie were really friendly and helpful throughout. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for a well-priced but reliable and trustworthy computer repair shop.

Had to have my laptop battery replaced. They were able to procure the replacement battery quickly, and it was installed within two hours. My laptop is working like new again! They were very communicative, transparent, and prompt in dealing with my issue, and the price was very fair. I would certainly recommend them!

My computer was not turning on, Sunil has tested the PSU & the motherboard and quickly found the problem (the PC needed a bios reset), also he replaced my motherboard battery and has given a full clean up.Reasonable price and great, responsive service with friendly front desk staff. My computer was fixed by the next day.Would certainly recommend to everyone!

Computer Precision offer fantastic service and advice, and they’re so friendly to deal with. They really care about helping you, and everyone from customer service to the technician works to make sure you’re satisfied - no matter how big or small your needs might be. I needed to restore my old laptop to complete one final backup, and they sorted it for me. Huge relief! Support a great small business and go see Debbie and the team!
