What a perfect location for a visit to the city! Spacious and clean room that was very well equipped. Staff were friendly and welcoming too. Highly recommended if you're staying in Edinburgh!

5 Stars! Can’t begin to express how impressed I’ve been with my stay at Millhouse (5years). The staff are helpful and accommodating to any worries or challenges you may be facing. Rooms are modern, spacious and best size compared to other student accommodation. All fixtures and fittings in the kitchen area and bathroom are something you’d expect in a hotel. Fast Wi-Fi and instantly hot electric shower. You have bus stops located just outside the building connecting you to town, dalry, fountainpark and the opposite side connecting you directly to Sighthill university. Big thank you to the team, wish I could have stayed longer. Would recommend to anyone. -Cal

I have made great friends in my stay at the mill house and the internet is also great for everything from meetings to gaming. The staff are extremely nice and the facilities are clean, would recommend to friends.

An absolute fantastic stay so far, I do not have one bad word to say about The Mill House. Rooms are excellent, everything you could ask for. The staff are super friendly and always happy to help.

I’ve lived here for 3 years now and sadly have to leave because I’ve finished uni. At the end of my first year I was struggling to decide where to live but decided to choose Mill House because of the perfect location, amenities and safety. As a woman living alone, safety was really important and I have always felt so comfortable and safe living here.The staff are really friendly and the studio itself is the perfect size for me. The studio is very warm and I never really had to turn the heating on. It’s walking distance to the supermarkets and my gym and a good distance between my uni and town. Unlike other reviews I didn’t really find the walls thin and there are very little negatives to this accommodation. All maintenance issues are solved very quickly. I loved the study area during exam season and the social space to play with guests. I used the gym during covid and it was okay, however I would have loved more weights and machines (tbh the space is small so there is only so much they can do).The only downside were the neighbours at times, some were very loud at night, some would bang my door and run in the middle of the night (I’m guessing they were drunk) and my post was taken a few times. Nonetheless, I would stay longer here if could. I’ve loved it!!

An absolutely incredible place to live! Made my uni experience all that more unforgettable and amazing. The location is great as it is close to supermarkets, many food places and a short bus away from town as well as the sighthill campus. The flats themselves are so fantastic as they have all the space you need. There’s also fast wifi connection,a great gym and a fun games room to hang out as well. All of the staff are so welcoming, always there for you and are so extremely helpful in every aspect. I could not of been happier with my overall experience and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but The Mill House for students to build their university home. :)

Have had a great experience for the most part as the staff is always helpful in sorting out most issues I’ve come across. Only complaint I really have is when I had moved in for the first time my room wasn’t cleaned and I could find items belonging to the previous tenant but other than that my 2yr stay here has been great

I've only been here a couple of months but I've loved my time here! The staff are so friendly and dedicated, there's always events on in the social space and communication is great. The rooms are great, warm and spacious. Bus routes and public transport is frequent, and lots of local supermarkets :)

Amazing place to stay. Very modern and beautiful. The staff are also extremely friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend!

The facilities are great and there are many amenities near the location. Dani and her team are very attentive and are great resources. They help make the place special.This is a great place to study and have access to the city.
