Not happy with parking service.Just got a penalty for parking in February.Letter says i stayed 53mnts and they don't have evidence that I made the sufficient amount for the time I was there I always spent more them £10 there and use parking tickets to check out on the machine. Now I don't have the ticket to prove because no one keeps tickets for a month. How can I appeal.

Not the greatest place to park, I've ended up with a £160 parking ticket. Be aware of a CCTV based parking-ticket system, which unfortunately, is not automated, thus, you need to register your visit online. To be honest, it is a really confusing place if you are a first time visitor and you can end up with a parking fine quite easily, especially of you visit the place during night as light conditions are poor.

Great variety of shops to visit but the parking and general town planing is very poor at best. Feltham town is now thanks to incompetent town planing never my first choice for shopping. The council planers defernatly need to get jobs more suitable to there talents like road sweeping.

Good space, with a number of shops Banks and a 24 hour ASDA, Library and an NHS Centre for Health. Prking charges as current (21 Feb 2018) 0-1 hrs £1.10, 1-2 hrs £2.00, 2-3hrs 3.00, 3-4 hrs £5.00

Misleading machines informing users their parking is validated when it isn't then sending out parking charges.Avoid if possible. Keep all proof if you use

What is this? I got charged £8.50 for a 5 minute Chaiiwalla stop. I couldn't see a proper list of terms anywhere in the car park. Just PAY OR GET FINED! everywhere. Never parking here again. Honestly charging people to go shopping at Asda too.

I give this car park in Feltham no stars , I took my elderly mother shopping on the 9/01/23 and payed at the machine it confirmed the payment had gone through so off we went home . Today 3/02/23 I receive a parking fine for £90 I got it reduced as I paid straight away for £54 ( is this meant to make you feel better ? )I think it is disscusting that this happens , please sort your machines out so they work properly as reading your reviews this is happening frequently.I shall not be shopping here again.
