Very good value for money, I got the £199 mid week deal which included afternoon tea, spa, massage and exfoliation. Very clean and well maintained throughout. Staff were great, very attentive. The afternoon tea was amazing. Will definitely be booking more treatments here.

Such a lovely experience. The staff were so attentive and kind. They explained everything in regards to the spa day and how it works. The treatment was amazing I had a facial and my skin felt great after. I went in the hideaway room after my facial which was so so relaxing. Great price as well. I would 100% recommend this to others

We absolutely loved it here! Definitely want to go back. I think the waiting time between afternoon tea and entering the spa could've been shortened. Still 5 stars from me :)

Not the experience that was advertised, definitely misleading when booking it, no directions on arriving did not know where to go. Not worth the high price at all for a day spa to share with random gym goers and regular swimmers jumping in what should of have a relaxing jacuzzi and pool. it is more of a mislead shared sports centre rather than a spa. Not enough loungers for people to use, we paid for a spa day that included thermal journey which we never got or even had mentioned by anyone, the staff were clueless and hardly any help at all when asked about other treatments or how to use things such as the jacuzzi, not very professional. This was booked for a birthday treat and was a poor experience for the cost of it. Also no mention of paying extra to use the room with a bath to relax. The overall spa day experience was not relaxing at all and felt more rushed and uncomfortable. I would not recommend at all and will not be using this place again.

We visited as 2 couples for the spa day experience and we had a fantastic day! The treatments were super relaxing and would highly recommend. Tanya was really attentive and did everything she could to make our day special.

I had a lovely mum to be massage at Ruskin Spa.It was absolutely perfect and the best way to relax before welcoming my little one into the world.The spa is beautiful and the staff are wonderful.I am already a member of the gym and love pool and spa area!It’s definitely the best place for a lovely relaxing spa day

Thank you ! I came to the spa with my partner and we booked the Duo Tranquil. The place was clean and the whole experience very relaxing, loved the lavender soak and my massage and facial by Amy. Tanya the manager was very attentive and lovely. Everyone was very polite and friendly! Will definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Thank you!
