Surprisingly bleak today lots of empty shelves .. stick shuffling on a Saturday perhaps. Not appealing this visit but previously much busier and inviting.

Not enough staff visible for a large store difficult to find anyone to help me with my purchase of perfume (everything is rightly locked away but should have staff around to open cabinets). VEry few testers on display so choosing is hard. When I did find an assistant she told me they did have testers as they get stolen. Even more reason to have staff permanently there!

But shambolic when I visited .. must have been a day when it was being reorganised as there were lots of empty shelves and few staff around. Not a good look for them.

Horrible service by the pharmacist , she asked me to wait for 10 mins , and I waited for more than that, she just ignored my prescription, until another lady came and sorted it out from me.A lady that works with Sanna, I don’t know her name, needs to be fired from that job.

Very upsetting experience earlier this week staff at the tills wearing filthy gloves and touching my baby clothes very uncomfortable and unhygienic and then couldn’t be bothered to go and get my order instead waiting around and asking for colleagues to go get it!!!

I Travelled 5 miles in bad rain to get something for my infant. Closing time is 20:00 but when I was arrived at store it was 19:55, 5 minutes still left and I needed one nipple for my infant but no body opened the door , all staff was at the door.20:00 means 20:00 not the 19:55.Manager should calculate 5 minutes daily and compare the loss .Poor management

I visited Boots junction 9 Gallagher shopping centre this week.Rose the Pharmacist what an absolute super star with the help she gave me.I had 3 minute appointment with my doctor on Monday morning which was a complete waste of time.Thanks again Rose for your patience and expertise,my surgical procedure is healing fast,thanks to your Help Regards Steve Herron
