No very good i ordeted 2 things online it said they were in stock and when i got thete one of the items werent in stock, if i had known that i wld have went elsewhere for it plus the queue was out the door with one person serving no good !!!! .

Normally ok but today was a shambles. 2 staff taking orders and no one collecting them. Had to prompt them twice for someone to get the item and I wasn't the only one annoyed in the queue. Waited 10 minutes and eventually got the item.

Only stay 5 minutes away from this place and can't believe just how good these guys are. Excellent staff. Fantastic prices. I usually shop online. Was looking for parts to repair a toilet. Friend suggested screw fix. Best recommendation ever. Ended up getting a few other bits n bobs, the prices were Cheaper than amazon.!

Asked guys to match a certain bolt for an Allen key. Forgot bolt there by mistake. Returned a week later after searching endlessly for this bolt. Asked staff if they remembered it. Ross Callum and Lyndsey went off , came back with it. Really helped me out. Lady at front helped me with all the searching for my new shopping list. Thx guys

Quick stop at Wishaw store kept me at the decoration. Efficient friendly staff. This is not my usual store but location was convenient to get supplies on my way to the Irvine Valley.

Quite impressed. I called up to ask if they had a chain for my chainsaw and was told yes they did. When I turned up to collect it they did not have the part after all. Only good thing was they were able to send me to webster's who made me a chain there and then.

young lady (didnt get her name - blond hair)at front door was excellent. I hadn't pre booked and didnt have a catalogue number but she couldn't have been more helpful and used her phone to get me what I was looking for. thanks
