Excellent service from the beginning from when we first enquired about the villa and during our stay if we needed anything from Claire. We received prompt communication and we were also sent very handy information in our welcome pack email.We highly recommend booking through Claire’s portfolio as the property was very clean, safe and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and that’s a very important thing to us as you need a good nights sleep to set you up for a fun, long day in Orlando.We definitely be booking through Claire next time we are lucky enough to go over the pond!Thank you for making our stay great! :)

Fantastic service from Claire from start to finish, answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Very detailed arrival pack sent beforehand so had everything we needed to know about the resort and accommodation before we got there. The townhouse we stayed in on Windsor Hills was exactly as advertised, it was clean, comfortable, safe and had everything we needed. Although we have been to Orlando several times in the past this was the first time I had been responsible for the villa booking and I wouldn't hesitate to book a future trip through Claire, would definitely recommend!

Booked to stay at a villa in Florida via Claire. The villa was stunning even though I had looked at the pictures repeatedly as I got excited for our family holiday I worried it couldn’t be that amazing in real life. I was wrong it was. It was absolutely gorgeous villa with everything we could want and more for our stay.The service I received from Claire was amazing from the very first enquiry to the return of our deposit. Any questions we had were answered very promptly and I could not fault the service in any way.I would recommend this service and will definitely be a returning customer.

Absolutely fantastic service from Claire!! Claire put our minds at ease throughout the booking process. Our questions were always answered straight away and we were fully informed about everything.Our villa was amazing, clean, spacious and the pool was brilliant.We even contacted Claire, about an issue, whilst we were out there and she was more than happy to sort this for us…and fast!!Thank you Claire we had a fantastic US trip!!

Booking was extremely easy. Communication was excellent. Claire was very prompt when we asked any questions. All the information we needed was in the welcome email which arrived in plenty of time before we were due to arrive in Orlando.We booked the villa as part of my 60th birthday celebrations. We flew my son and his wife over from Australia and my other son, his wife and my 3 grandchildren flew with us from the UK. We didn't give the family any information regarding the villa, so they could have the full impact on arrival.They were absolutely blown away! The villa was spacious, very clean and comfortable. There was everything we needed and more, for our stay. Plenty of towels available, beds were very comfortable. We had so much fun in the evenings in the games room, with high scores being beaten every day! Outside area was clean and well furnished. The pool was ideal, a great size and suitable for the children as well as the adults.I can highly recommend this property and if we ever get the chance to visit Orlando again we would definitely book with Claire. This was our first time booking a Villa with Claire and her company after being recommended by a friend. We had an amazing experience the Villa met all our needs, as a party of 12 there was plenty space, clean and comfort for us all. We spent most of our time in the pool and we really enjoyed the outdoor patio area. The boys liked the games room in the garage. Each bedroom has its own en-suite with a large bed, although a little squeaky than we’re used but very comfortable with lots of storage space. As a mum I got a lot of use from the washing machine and tumble dryer, coming home with no washing to be done was godsend. The Villa was within easy reach of the parks and restaurants…although the I4 could be busy at times. Security staff at the gates were friendly, we always got a smile and a wave. Because we constantly used the pool it was needing a wee clean up, we left a message with the management company and they were very prompt in coming out to us. We will definitely be a returning customer.

Your amazing Claire.We travelled as a family party of seven, the villa was outstanding, met all of our expectations and needs, it was immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our holiday.
