2 years since Paul did some work for me so I had no hesitation in contacting Paul again from Sutton Locksmiths. Nice to see Paul after 2 years Four double glazed windows needed replacing as usual no problem to Paul came down measured up few days later back with the windows and fitted them very good price and we was extremely happy with the work a Great guy will always use Sutton Locksmiths.

Sutton Locksmiths came highly recommended, and I can now see why! Paul was quick to register my issue with a PVC door and get someone out to take a look. Oliver was friendly and professional, and had soon diagnosed & fixed the issue. The door is working better than ever! Very competitive rates too.

I'm sure he's great at his job and he was initially really responsive but I was dissppointed that during our email communications he stopped replying.. And he kept asking me to send my postcode even though I had previously sent it and all he had to do was look back on the earlier emails. I ended up fixing the issue myself in the end so no real harm done and I suppose he saved me money but I found it a bit unprofessional that I was suddenly blanked. I didn't say or do anything wrong.

Oliver repaired my window today what a fantastic service. These guys are brilliant, they assured me they would be here quickly and they were. Oliver is great, lovely chatty polite guy a great ambassador for his business. He arrived covered his shoes repaired the window which was a handle and lock change, showed me the old one and what the problem was cleaned up after the repair, polished the window - job done! Very reasonable price too. Absolutely cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you Oliver for a great job I will certainly be recommending you !

Excellent service! I had a upvc door that was catching and difficult to lock. I couldn't see any adjustment so gave Paul a ring. He fit me in very quickly and had it sorted in no time with a door service. Feels like a new door now!

Replaced Lock on Patio Door – Paul worked hard at finding the correct lock for our old patio door and his workmanship was second to none. He was always polite, friendly and very professional. An excellent craftsman.
