This company is terrible. I paid extra for an express order, and not only it did not arrive in time, but only part of the order was send. Half is still missing.And the company is not eve. offering a much due refund.Contacting the company is also a challenge.I strongly advise not to buy from this company.

It was my worst experience I've ever had since I have my laptop.I was waiting for 2-3 months to take my laptop than 1-2 weeks that initially told me.I didn't have password but they were so amateur that they managed to lock it and ask for password I didn't have.And finally after 3-4 months I took my laptop I have the same problem.

Not good

Avoid these people. The guy who repairs computers, has kept my computer for almost 2 month. Never answers the phone and surprisingly when I went to his shot 4 - 5 times, he was holding ALWAYS his phone in his hand. Initially he quoted my laptop for a £80 repair which I agreed to go ahead, then suddenly the repair was supposed to cost £180 and replacement of whole PC almost. He only gave me my PC when I actually came to the shop and insisted to have my PC, avoid and better find some proper IT technician instead of these amateurs.
