Having had a little bit of an itch to purchase a quality watch & my local Watches of Switzerland came up trumps on Google so after hankering for the iconic Omega Moonwatch.I thought what the hell pop in & see the guys.Well I can only tell you that service I received was indeed professional & above all very knowledgeable about the timepiece that I was really interested in.All of the staff I encountered were amazing thanks to Spence for making me feel comfortable & your down to Earth enthusiasm for watches really made me feel in the right place.Plus the lady that served me and personally adjusted the bracelet to perfectly to fit my wrist got it spot on accurate.Everybody in the shop from the gentleman on security who greeted me made me feel very welcome & at ease which is what you want .Great unhurried experience

Had a call from your Rolex team to say you don’t want me as your Rolex customer anymore as I haven’t purchased enough Rolex watches and that you won’t now try to get the Daytona white gold £40000 watch as I am not good enough well if spending over £500000 on watches isn’t enough then I am glad to take my purchase to another place who will be pleased to do business with me!!

Purchased a watch from here with the help of Holly. She made the whole process very easy and I would go back to Brighton to purchase another.

Wonderful store with excellent customer service. Staff was very informative and nice to talk to. Was able to try the watch on that I'm now settled on.

Spencer's pride clearly shows when he talks about the products, his knowledge is excellent and he is certainly an ambassador for Watches Of Switzerland. I didn't feel rushed or pressured either. Very helpful staff. My experience when purchasing was a very positive one. I felt valued and a welcome customer.

I telephoned this store on 3rd September 2023 requesting further images of a pre owned Tag Heuer Formula 1 watch advertised for £1395.I spoke to a lady who checked the item was in stock and proceeded to give me further information on the condition of the watch as it was intended for a gift. The watch was pre owned and did have a scratch on the bracelet and this was not highlighted on the website images. I then asked if she would be able to send me an actual photo of the damage or scratch so I could make a clear decision on whether to proceed with the purchase. The assistant in question stated she had a client appointment and couldn't arrange this until later on that day.I waited until 10am on the 4th September and still no images so I decided to call the store back and speak to another lady who assured me that someone would return my call and get the photos sent to me. Needless to say that I received no further contact from the store.In writing this review, I would not recommend this store for any type of purchase based on the above mentioned experience.I have subsequently spoken to and visited a local family own store called Rudell in Wolverhampton and Harborne and they have been absolutely amazing.
