Earlier this year, on behalf of our local parish church, I contacted several energy brokers in order to obtain quotes for the supply of gas and electricity. Those provided by Perfect Clarity were the best set out, clearest and most competitive; I immediately discovered that Kevan was willing to discuss, advise and answer my subsequent questions in a very timely manner, both by phone and email.Having signed contracts it became apparent that there was a problem, this being that our existing broker had set up new, unwanted contracts with our previous supplier, without our knowledge. Thus our newly appointed suppliers were blocked from taking over our supply and it took several weeks before this situation was resolved. During this time I would have expected our new broker to give up on us, or at best to simply put things on hold, waiting to see what would happen. However, Kevan took an active interest, was always there to advise and encourage and so, to cut a long story short, all was made good such that our new suppliers took over on the agreed date.Kevan had stated at the outset that obtaining contracts with suppliers was only the start and that he would subsequently be 'with us for the journey' and he has totally proved that already. It's so reassuring to find an energy broker which takes an active interest in its clients. We are 100% pleased to have found Perfect Clarity.
