Awful experience - poor quality wheels supplied with terrible bearings which failed after a few days use by a 12y old, then they refused to accept any responsibility and refused to replace them, despite telling them they had a legal responsibility to do so. Will never buy from them again, as clearly they are not interested in satisfying customers, supplying good quality products or complying with consumer law!

i have had a custom build from this place for four years and only had to replace the grips and the wheels. Its been more sustainable than any other scooter i have had such as MGP and other highly thought of scooter brands. People only seem to voice their opinion when it is a negative review and these guys deserve some credit. Cheers lads.

I quite like this website as most kids these days all want to have a scooter but don't know what one they want so at Doggscooters you can design a scooter that will fit your kids needs it might be a bit more expensive but it's built from all different parts and colours of there choice so if you are going to be buying your kid or kids a new scooter then have a look at this website before going to somewhere like Argos where they are only the cheap ones etc

I brought a scooter and it came with a funny sound and the headset was making a weird sound I paid 250 for it

We visited the Paignton warehouse to buy something whilst on holiday. It was hard to find as the sign says greenover (no mention of dogg), but they guy who helped us was spot on. It isn't a shop to browse in though; know what you want and they'll get it from the warehouse, if it's in stock.

Purchased a Blunt AOSv5 Charles Padel Signature Deck mid April and unfortunately it cracked on the headtube after 2 months.However, I still think this is an excellent deck.I spoke to Jack at Dogg and he very quickly sorted me out with a replacement, and combined it with a new order for me.This was then dispatched the same day and i received the replacement plus my order in less than 24 hours!Couldn't ask for better customer service and so this is why I will continue to shop with this store!Thanks Jack and Dogg, would highly recommend :)Henry

I ordered a new scoot for my daughter. After payment they called to apologise as they were out of stock. They rectified the problem with incredible customer service and have given my daughter a better scooter at the same price.Amazing service.Great customer care.Unbeatable value.Happy punter!!!

As a birthday gift I allowed my son to build his own scooter on the Dogg Scooters website. This was late Sunday 14th May 2017, hoping to get it for his birthday 18th May 2017.On the Monday i received a message that the deck was out of stock and might take a few weeks. I didn't manage to get in contact with them until the Tuesday and being conscious that I had lost another working day was anxious that the scooter wouldn't be built and sent in time for my sons birthday.The problem was resolved with a phone call and another deck was selected. A parcel was sent and tracked to my door in time for my son coming home from school to find his beloved scooter built and ready to play.This company was great and provided a fabulous service and it would have been unfair of me to have left a negative feedback if the scooter hadn't arrived in time for my sons birthday due to the time we had ordered it.So if I could give this company a double five star review I would.Cheers guys at Dogg Scooters and a big shout out to Gary who made it all happen.George StewartCompany directorApollo Blinds.Scotland.
