Order was correct and I got what I wanted. The staff were nice and gave me efficient service. The reason why I would only give it two stars is because of the gossip I could have been unaware of if my friend did not work at Subway.After we had left, the manager started complaining about me. Never told me to my face about nor were there any signs instructing me otherwise. The manager complained about me refilling my drink. Again, I was not warned or directed to a sign that told me to fill only once. I am always used to restaurants having refills especially when there is a station to fill the drink yourself. The manager was adjacent to me both times I refilled and not once told me to not refill yet complained to someone that was not me. I do not think it would hurt to just say a few words before continuing to work.They also complained about me being there for too long despite me eating quite slowly and actually pack up when I finished. The reason was, apparently, was because other people wanted to eat but there were many empty seats during this period.The most unreasonable part was if I tried to refill my drinks or stay longer next time I came, I would be told to leave the restaurant. For someone that did not know about refills and staying for a prolonged period of time that is extremely unreasonable especially how there were ample chances to warn me about these rules that were not obvious at the filling station. It was not like I wanted to hurt the business I just thought it was simply common knowledge to refill if there was the opportunity to do it yourself. No warning and I would be told to leave. Again, I had no knowledge until I was told by someone who works there. Now I am thankful because I am aware and know to avoid it but I would appreciate the manager to tell me quickly that the things I did are not allowed. Not gossip to other employees then make sure to kick me out when I was clearly oblivious to the rules.It was a good service and enjoyed my time there but the manager really needs to speak up when something goes wrong. I can appreciate a bad day but it would not hurt to give a warning to prevent a situation happening again. That would be beneficial.

Can't go wrong with a subway sandwich in my humble opinion! Staff here were friendly, good range of subs and well stocked salad counter. Would recommend! Little busy though and had to queue for 5 mins but not complaining at all!

There were 5 staff members behind the counter, they were talking amongst one another while I was waiting at the were the bread is.I was there maybe 30 secs before one grunted to come over and serve me. The counter was clear from debris however you can see the was sauces this would give me the impression the counter was not wiped down. The photos show a small reputation of the general cleanliness of the store, in one of the photos there is even the left over of someone's sub on the floor, I had to wipe down and clear my table before I could use it, the bins were full, toilets were in such a horrible state I actually went over to mcdonald's to use there toilets, there is is sweet corn all over the till area, some of the staff was not changing gloves after opening the locked toilet doors, some staff was not even wearing gloves while operating the till and wrapping food, two of the staff members even made a joke about a woad of 20£ notes going missing while laughing about it. The floor behind the counter is atrocious with the bins over flowing as seen in one of the pictures. Staff are also willing helping there self's to the drinks machines some having a cup straight after the other.I love subway with a passion, and it breaks my heart having to say all of this.I would and will not be coming back to this brunch.

I have been buying from this subway soo many times, most of the staffs are really nice except one member of staff called Alina . This lady needs customer training she is very rude and due to that I don’t want to buy from this restaurant again. This is not the first time of such behaviour. The manager should train this Alina girl else they will lose soo many customers

More interested in completing deliveroo orders than serving the que in the shop. Took 15 minutes to be served and I was 3rd in line. 7 deliveroo orders that arrived after I did were completed first. Poor service as not one driver arrived to collect in that time

It's not a problem with staff or location. But..Feel a little ripped off, told I couldn't add anything extra to my footlong even if I paid.Got a big bombay, (over priced) for £9.79, but you can get the same in, create your own for £9.09. I had to do this and add my toppings, then its 2.40 a topping? What!!!!.Big breakfast sub not bad, but I would rather eat that off a plate and hot, 30 seconds in the microwave made me wonder what I was doing there.The food wasn't great, and the coffee burnt.Mc D's 20 meters away.

Run of the mill subway. Great tasting food. However, one of the girls was bored and thought it was funny to play and waft around customers cheese that then went on to the sandwich her Co worker was making. No names.on receipt but server number 16. Big girl with light brown hair and stained tee shirt. No name badge worn, Young and it shows. Was waiting for her to do something with my order and I would have made my comments known.High price for what we had . 2 footlong subs and 2 coffees. 20 quid.
