Tailormade Moves

We've had a great experience so far with Tailormade Moves. They got us a viewing and set up in our house very quickly. Emily was fantastic, super friendly, and helpful!

Louise recently sold my Mums house in a very short space of time. She is excellent, very friendly and professional - nothing is too much bother. Delighted with her service and would highly recommend.

I contacted two letting companies in Inverness regarding two apartments and the difference between them was chalk and cheese. Tailormade Moves were excellent and their staff extremely polite (the owner of other company, who we found extremely rude, laughed when I asked if the price was negotiable). We had a viewing of both properties and opted for the property through Tailormade. Rob has been our main contact point and has been excellent throughout. People will primarily choose a place to rent based on the property and location, but Tailormade Moves have made the whole process simple and all the staff have been very polite and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

We attempted to get a price for selling through tailormade but noone ever got back to us so we're currently under offer with another estate agent.Tried to get a few viewings but found them quite unaccomodating not willing to help with viewings outwith the standard 9-5. Found Anderson Shaw and Gilbert much more accommodating by getting us a viewing on a Saturday. I've found I donteven look at houses listed by tailormade on rightmove/zoopla now. Hope sellers are aware of potential viewings their missing out on

I phoned them to rent out my property, but the lady on other end been not in a good mood to talk she cut off the phoned twice without any warning. Avoid this agency if you can seems very rude, so many good agencies around Inverness.

They were very friendly and efficient throughout the whole selling process and gave us feedback after every viewing. On the flip side, the also kept us up to date with specific properties we might be interested to purchase -they really do take into consideration each clients specific needs. I received nothing but the best of service from everyone at Tailormade Moves. In particular Rhona was exceptionally helpful when our first sale fell through, going above and beyond the call of duty to take care of things for us including checking our house for insurance purposes on a weekly basis at no extra charge when there was nobody staying there until the house sold the second time very quickly.
