Very easy & chilled process from start to finish! Pressure-free look-around to start with and a super relaxed test drive. Highly recommend!**UPDATE** - I ran into some issues after purchasing and the warranty would only cover a quarter of the cost. I got in contact with Ross who was very easy to deal with (again) and he covered the remainder of the quote. Absolutely top notch service, cannot complain!

Big thank you to Niall at Autoclass Excellent customer journey from start to finish thank you highly recommend.Update- Had my car 3 months now and during that time the car developed a fault called warranty provided and was booked into a garage was informed the work required would exceed the claim limit after speaking to Ross on the phone and explaining the situation he offered to pay the remainder once repair work carried out and a man true to his word that was the case i am not really one for reviews but credit is due were earned I’ve had many cars from numerous car dealers over the years but Autoclass stands out from them all the issue with buying a used car you can’t guarantee them all to be fault free but when a fault did occur Ross was there to help my initial review hasn’t changed I would highly recommend Autoclass to anyone and once again thanks Ross

Purchased a VW Touareg from this company.I had been searching for a while and fortunately for me I saw the advert as it popped up on the Autotrader. It looked good and at the right price. Contacted Ross at Autoclass and made arrangements to view the car. After an hours journey I turned up to find not one but two well presented Touaregs. Ross could not have been more accommodating. I test drove both cars and made a decision, which was difficult given that they were both immaculate. It would seem that Ross has a keen eye for quality used cars that are in very good order. The sale was as easy as a trip to Aldi. Complimentary three month warranty included. What a brilliant garage! Bought a Beautiful VW of them, had unforeseen problems, needed repairs, but they helped and advised to get me back on the road in no time.. Good prices, Car is spotless.
