Ant at the carpet barn was superb. It was a big change for me as I had my whole house re carpeted and have autism. He explained the whole process and took the time to reassure and minimise stress. Great service from start to finish when we had our entire apartment relayed with Karndean LVT.There was an unforseen issue (due to builders of our aparment not screeding the floor properly). We did panic a bit that this could cause big problems and delays, but Carpet Barn were very reassuring and sorted this out quickly.From initial advice to the quality of the final fitting, Carpet Barn were great to deal with and we love our new floor!

Just wanted to say thank you carpet barn for top notch service, great selection of carpets at a good price special thanks to the fitter who fitted are carpet today done a excellent job & also helped us getting the mattress upstairs, thank you, highly recommend, better than the big chains.
