Can’t recommend and thank these guys enough. Within an hour of speaking to Jordan on the phone - recovery truck was with my car. Another hour on and I’d had a call from the garage if requested it to be recovered to, to say it was already with them. For what was a busy and stressful day for me - on a Friday afternoon… they really couldn’t have been of greater assistance. Thank you all.

The chap that recovered me was lovely. The owner, not so. So I was charged £120 to be towed 44 miles. Then £180 for my van to be stored at the garage for 11 days. He was rude and a bully. The garage is not secure. Whilst my van was there, someone got into my van and stole my fridge. There is no damage to the doors/locks. Owner unhelpful when I contacted him. Will complain to my insurance company and report this theft to the police

Recovery came to me on the M5 within the hour, Compared to the last recovery company who did not respond within 2 hours. Had a courtesy car to carry on the rest of my journey and also went home which was 2 1/2 hour back. Many thanks.Would recommend these guys.

This is getting two stars as the first guy to turn up was great. Turned up earlier than expected and behaved in a professional courteous and considerate manner and diagnosed issue quickly.The second day over however was unbelievably rude. Turning up around an hour late after being told he is between two and five moniytes away multiple times over the space of over an hour! He spoke to me in an extremely condescending manner, with no consideration for my hearing impairment that I made clear to him multiple times.Then rolls a cigarette and continues to smoke in the cab while driving with me in there. Which is illegal for a reason! God forbid a family with a small child have to travel in this cab.Separate to this I called early on to check if I had time to go get a meal from a shop. As im type one diabetic. Was told to wait as they are only twenty minutes away at exactly 15:33. Try again at half four to be told five minutes. Again at 17:10 (past the time quoted) to be told two minutes. Then at half five to be told by the phone operator that had been fobbing me off for the past two hours with random eta's that this is just the way of the world!I am absolutely appalled by this company. Directly lying to customers whole their staff doss about and perform illegal activities while being paid to work!

Great services. The day when my car died was a total mayhem in the whole area with huge delays across all recovery regions. Car broke 80 miles from home and it took us 13 hours to finally get home (with two children). We were handed over from one recovery company to another. Weston Recovery helped a lot and even let us use their pool car just to get home and dropped the mine two days later. Big thank you.

Disappointed they didn't appear after 5 hours waiting called our insurance company who got another local company who were fantastic! We couldn't get our car repaired whilst on holiday and were once again sent Westons from Taunton 20 miles down the road and dumped at a service station yet again having to arrange yet more recovery! Luckily the local company who rescued us the first time, took us all the way home!

Great! Quick, professional service late on a Sunday night. Simon came to help me with my car, he had worked such a long day, but still helped me professionally and quickly, despite potential frustrations from obstacles that arose. I'm incredibly surprised at the level of service I received, big up Simon, hope you get some good rest!

Weston recovery were a great service when they finally arrived (no fault of their own, RAC messed us about) and were very friendly. Helped us promptly and got us home quickly.

My decat pipe bolts went walkies on the way back from the beach, got onto AA asap, and Mark from Weston Recovery was with me with an hour. Great bloke, super respectful, he was really careful not to break anything as I have a bunch of mods and ride pretty low. Took about 15 minutes to get some new bolts on and it was all sorted.

Could not start my car after finishing my midnight shift. Weston Recovery arrived much earlier than the suggested time. Liam was really helpful and managed to diagnose the issue! Extremely grateful. Would 100% recommend!
