Got my 5 year old daughter's hair cut there. We had concerns as a previous salon was very impatient with her and ended up making her cry. However Indulge were very good with her, treated her like a princess and she now cannot wait to get her hair cut again.

I had the most amazing experience today at this hair salon. My hair was in bad condition after a year of various box dyes and i was desperate to get it back to my natural blonde colour. Chelsea spent so much time ensuring that each foil went in the right place for my balyage and we had a lovely conversation. The results that i got from her were more than i could imagine and i am so happy with how my hair turned out which was exactly how i imagined. I will be returning to this salon and recommending all of my friends too! Also incredible value for money:)

Had my hair cut at this salon this morning, with Chelsea.My hair was a mess after cutting it myself since March. Chelsea took care and time, giving me a great cut. Really pleased with everything.

I attended this hair dresser and still can not get over the nightmare of experience that was my hair. When I went for my patch testing I showed two options of the hair I was hoping to achieved and was told it would not be a problem. I spent all morning at this salon with high hopes and positivity from my hair dresser that it was very much achievable and she was excited for the results. After colour was washed out the hairdresser started drying my and styling with tinges I noticed there was no purple in my hair, the hairdresser continued to curl my hair regardless until a senior hairdresser noticed that in fact the hair hadn’t taken to the dye. I was then informed it wouldn’t be achievable and that BLUE was my only option! I was so shocked I didn’t really say much. After 6 hours in total of being there and my head beginning to feel sore, the colour was only rinsed out and then I was styled to be hurried out as they had spent to long and other clients were waiting! No hairspray was used to set my hair and I was told only £25 would be taken off the price! I was left with dye in my ears and al around my forehead but apparently this was the norm! I went to another hairdresser for advice and was informed that they hadn’t washed the die out fully and thought I had died it myself not by a salon of £125! I was advised to wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner and see the true results. All colour washed straight out! I complained and was given a full refund. I appreciate the colour did not take but the level of how my hair was left was not acceptable! I would not recommend to anyone.
