Was served by the lovely Laura at the mckinstry store greeted with a big smile and spoke away lovely girl and her frappes are something else!! This will be my store of choice from now on be even better if greeted by Laura and her smile every time thanks

Order online, took 45 mins to get to us after we had been advised online that a driver was picking it up. Even the driver was confused why it was taking so long as he was sat outside waiting. Food was stale and stone cold when we received it. Not the first time this has happened but we thought we'd give it the benefit of doubt. Never again. Only giving 1star because you can't give 0 stars. One burger was broken in half and thrown into the bun as you can see from the photo. Woeful.

I’ve given it multiple chances and they always leave something out of the order, I got a chicken salad and they didn’t give it the chicken in it? Ordered cheese bites & don’t get them, plus the chips are never salted Staff are nice but I don’t think they’ve ever gotten an order right

Very disappointing, 3rd time I've tried this location due to short distance from home & each time the food has been terrible quality: cold, dry & overcooked.Went for convenience but will drive extra few minutes to Boucher or Sprucefield in future.

Was really disappointed with my visit. Asked for a frappachino and was told that it wasn't on. Pulled round drive through to see car in front of me served one. Food was cooked well and fresh

Delivery never came, some foreign guy couldn’t find my place, got annoyed because couldn’t communicate with him and took my order back to mcDonalds. Another delivery order came late and no chips in both my kids happy meal. Drive through order short of a mc chicken sandwich. Never going back or ordering here again. Shambles.

last time I will be in this one one!! Got a delivery through the app was to come from Sprucefield 3 drivers turned it down then not only did we have to wait even longer it was made in mckinstry McDonald’s which is miles away from my house! I was so angry the food was absolutely freezing and bloody disgusting!I had called and called them and not one person picked up the phone maybe not a bad thing cause I was so angry.Cause the kids waited that long on there food it went to our dog! And I had to make them something to eat!!
