I was delighted with the service Alex provided regarding a job he did in a rental property of mine recently. Even though it was a relatively small piece of work, he was happy to do it, and was efficient, thorough and provided a quality service throughout. His customer service is excellent, too, right from the first point of contact to the end of the job (including ensuring he thoroughly hoovered everywhere after he'd finished). I 100% recommend him and I'll definitely be using him again/ongoing.

Alex was able to find the source of our problem and rectified it quickly replacing the outside socket box and inside providing a new back box to a damaged socket. He was friendly,professional and informative explaining the process along the way.He also carried out further tests to ensure a full check of the problem. Highly recommended.

Alex (Rook) was very professional and worked to a very high standard, turned up on time and completed the work as quoted and to schedule. Alex replaced an old fusebox with a new consumer unit, and tested everything thoroughly, fixing several small problems and producing a detailed report. He clearly knows his stuff, and did a professional job, even staying an extra couple of hours to track down and repair a loose earth wire hidden behind a built-in cupboard! A pleasure to have around, and a good job done.

I had been looking for a reliable electrician for weeks when someone recommended Alex Rook. There was a spotlight over my table, Alex put a pendant fitting and fitted a separate switch. I love my new light as it has a dimmer. Alex is so nice, covid safe, and would use again with no concerns. Thank you. The shade is from IKEA.

He really cares about the work he does and will push himself to try and find an even better solution than you'd hoped to a problem. He's done a couple of jobs for me now + was super impressed with both, really can't rate him highly enough.

Alex was polite, trustworthy, punctual and worked to a professional standard. He carried out various work including bathroom and kitchen downlights. He even helped us install our Amazon Alexa. I now have several jobs lined up for him and would not hesitate to recommend.

I thoroughly recommend Rook Electrical. Alex is very diligent, clean, considerate and a gent. He fitted 4 wall lights and 2 ceiling lights for us. He did a great job. He left everything neat and clean up everything as he went. I would definitely use him again!
