SHOWER PANELS WAREHOUSE

If there was an option to give no stars I would take it!Please avoid at all costs, and beware as they have many different names, I ordered from a different website, however when the order showed up on my credit card statement Shower Panel warehouse was the company name. When ordered on the 19th November, I received no email notification to confirm the order, I gave the company the benefit of the doubt thinking I’d get something to say when it’d be delivered soon! Their delivery time is supposed to be (5-6 days). But no, heard nothing, so after a few days I emailed, heard nothing so called up, I was told my order was with the courier and I’d receive it in the next couple of days! I did not get a delivery, so called again to cancel the order as I had workmen waiting to install the panels! The man on the phone tried to tell me they were to be delivered the following day, however I was not going to be in all day and said I did not want the panels left outside as it wasn’t safe, also, as I’d not had a great experience so far, I still wanted a refund to which the man eventually agreed, it was to take 24-48 hours! No refund appeared after this time span, so yet again another phone call, the man then tells me they’ve been delivered, I assured him that I had not received them, to which he scoffed at me rudely, I did not sign for any delivery as I wasn’t in, so if they we’re ‘actually’ left, they’d been stolen, the exact reason I didn’t want them left out the front of my house, easily accessible to anyone passing! The man was very rude to me and when I said I’d have to raise a dispute with my credit card company he just said, ‘do what you want’. It’s been an awful experience and I now have to order from another company so I can get my bathroom finished, which means I’ll have paid double!Once again, stay very, very clear of this company and beware if possible other companies owned by the same people!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....ONE WORD TO DISCRIBE THEM IS SCAMMERS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WONT RESPOND WONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THERE WRONG DOING. NOT WORTH SPENDING A PENNY WITH THEM.

Sold me 5 panels, my plumber fitted them and we noticed 2 were Matt and 3 were gloss and the pattern was different.Told me they getting more gloss ones in but they were different again! No refund or numeration against replacement panels! They just played dumb and played the language barrier card.I’d avoid this company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTSI have been having issue with this company" for 6 weeks now.I ordered online through either their affiliate company or shell company 'AquaPanels.co.uk'.The purcahse statement from PayPal had shower panels warehsouse as the merchant.....so here we are.I ordered 7 panels. After the order any PayPal confirmation I received absolutely no communication for several days. Even the website I ordered through disappeared. A few days later the labels randomly turned up outside my house. No warning

This company was recommended by my plumber. I didn't look at the website as I went to their place in Chelmsford. I now wish that I had and seen the reviews, they do not fill me with confidence. I ordered on the 7th September and was told the panels would be a week but I have heard nothing so I called today and was told that they would call me back, unfortunately they haven't. When I received my invoice it didn't state which one had been ordered as the one I chose came in both shiny and matt, I ordered matt, at least that is what I chose. I emailed twice but did not receive a reply which is not good but now not surprising. I am more than a little concerned now having read these reviews. We have another bathroom to do after this but I do not think I will order from this company again. Hopefully it will all work out ok

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered 15 panels plus trims online on 7th November expecting 5/6 working days as advertised. By the 15th Nov., I had not recieved either confirmation of order or an expected delivery date. Upon ringing the company, the male operative was unable to find my order, let alone tell me if my order was on its way. Having broken their quoted delivery schedule, I said I was cancelling the order through Paypal. I went on a weeks holiday on the 19th Nov., and when I returned, my neighbour informed me that he taken my order in, when it was delivered on the 22nd Nov. - 13 working days after order place. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR PERIL...

Excellent Company, I ordered my panels on a Saturday and got them Monday. The product is great quality, the service was excellent, This con will definitely be my go to place when I need panels again

Only half of the order was delivered just left on the pavement outside only knew they were there when I checked app and and status had changed to delivered didn’t even ring the doorbell. The rest of the order was sent out with the same couriers who didn’t get in touch so I didn’t know when it was being delivered again just left on the pavement outside with no attempt to contact me, every pack of panels were damaged. I rang to report the damage and was told to send email with photos which i did I’ve emailed several times since but shower panel warehouse have not answered. There is no way I would use this company again or recommend them to anyone else .

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A (VERY UNFUNNY) JOKE.If I could give zero stars I would.No communication whatsoever, not even an acknowledgement of the order let alone notification of dispatch or a tracking number.When I rang them to check what was happening, they failed to ring back. I rang them again to be told the courier had 'lost' the order. How you lose 4 2400x1000mm wall panels, I have no idea.They apparently dispatched again but I only found that out when I rang them again because they didn't bother to contact me.I'm way behind on the project by now and had to insist on an expedited delivery, it wasn't offered.Still waiting. Supposed to be here today. I'm not holding my breath. And they couldn't even provide a tracking number at this late stage.So in summary, at least 6 phone calls where they've failed to call back as promised; 0 emails; 0 tracking numbers; 0 order acknowledgements.And so far 0 panels. Not a good score.Do yourself a favour and steer well clear.UPDATE: Panels did not arrive. Spent four days telephoning before finally getting a refund. Absolutely awful.

Great selection of panels. Helpfully staff . Just a bit slow on delivery in my experience
