First assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable but wanted to check something with her colleague/ manager. He was even more helpful and knowledgeable. They gave great advice on shape/ fit etc. We bought the aviators I’d wanted for AGES and got great discount on a second pair of Raybans for my daughter. Really really pleased with the whole experience!!

When entering the store in MK we were made to feel welcome and at ease straight away while viewing the sunglasses, did not feel pressurerised.Christopher came over, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, explained that there was great offers available at the time, plenty of top quality brands to choose from.on display.Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy sunglassesThank you.

Fabulous choice of sunglasses, unfortunately the one's my wife fell in love with were out of stock and the display pair were scratched, so left very disappointed. Will return!

Went to the Harrods sunglasses section initially and stood around for 10min trying glasses on. No one approached so made my way to Sunglass Hut and was greeted by Jordan. Very polite and knowledgeable chap, shared technical details about the sunglasses I was looking at gave me space to try on and make my decision. Really pleased with my purchase and the customer service which is quite rare these days in this country.
