Great customer service. Ray is a very approachable guy and was happy to have a quick chat first to understand how much tennis I play and at what level.With that said I was playing with Head Lynx Tour poly strings which are a bit stiff and my arm was getting soar after every play.He recommended I switch to the Pro-string branded multifilament strings which are made in Austria if remember correctly.After having a session I could straight away feel better comfort, feel and no more soar arm after playing or the day after.I also did not notice any significant loss in 'spin' moving from a poly.The turn around was 2 working days which is great.Tension was also spot on - unlike some online shops where you get what you get...

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Pro-string London Racket Restringing, and I feel compelled to share my grievances.To begin with, on the day of collection, the person responsible for restringing my racket seemed unaware of who I was and provided me with irrelevant advice that did not align with my original request.Furthermore, upon receiving my racket, I discovered that the individual had forgotten to stencil it as per my initial instructions. This resulted in an additional wait while this oversight was rectified.However, the most significant issue arose when I inspected my racket and realized that it had been restrung incorrectly. I had provided a packet of strings purchased from Yonex, a reputable badminton brand used by professionals. The packet contained two distinct types of strings: Aerobite (0.67mm) and Aerosonic (0.61mm). According to the manufacturer's guidelines, the Aerosonic string should be strung horizontally, while the Aerobite string should be strung vertically. Unfortunately, Raymond, the person handling the restringing, had done the opposite. This is a major error that renders my racket unusable in its current state, and I will now have to incur additional costs to have it restrung correctly by a professional. Furthermore, the tension of the strings was not adjusted properly, resulting in an uneven distribution.When I expressed my dissatisfaction to Raymond, his response was that he followed the instructions on the package, which he claimed were unclear, and that I should have specified how I wanted the racket to be restrung. In all my years of playing and having my rackets restrung, I have never encountered a situation where I needed to explicitly instruct a professional on how to perform the restringing. To make matters worse, Raymond abruptly hung up on me without offering any resolution for the mistakes he had made.I cannot express enough how disappointed I am, especially since I was looking forward to playing over the weekend. I strongly advise against using Pro-string London Racket Restringing services, as they clearly lack the expertise and knowledge required to perform the task correctly. I found Pro-string London Racket Restringing on Google and it is crucial for me to accurately convey the experience I had. My intention is to ensure that no one else has to endure such a disappointing encounter.
