I can't fault Paceline! Friendly people, fast service and great products. They make you feel welcome whenever entering the shop, they listen to your questions, and give you helpful advice. Not to mention they do a fantastic job building / fixing bikes. You imagine it, they build it!Very happy with the service. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Mark and his team at Paceline really demonstrate how a bespoke service should be run. He and his team are all knowledgeable and experienced cyclists, which really shone through right from visiting the shop and and running through the options for a winter bike build with Mark, to ensure I got the build right for me, to the superb bike build by his team. Mark gave an honest, unbiased yet first hand knowledge based view of which group set, wheel set, tyres etc. to choose.Really really pleased with the result and I will be back again for a summer build, I cannot rate this place enough for quality, efficiency and a team that listen to the customer.

Called in today with very short notice. Asked for my suspension to be pumped for me on a new bike. The team were more than happy to help and were very proffesional. Sorted my bike and were very friendly and helpful. Brilliant team. I will be returning for all my mountain bike needs.

Just purchased a brand new bike from paceline cycles in xhills near Keighley asked for a few prices on a few different bike and was emailed the same day with prices compatible with big retaillers .Went back to the shop the following and ordered a bike .within the week the bike was bought in built to my speck and set to my size which has not been changed since I have been riding the bike for about a month now and everything has been faultless so keep up the good work to everybody at paceline

Highly recommended. I wanted a new all purpose road bike and Mark recommended the Kinesis R2 built to my spec. I've got the bike now and it's top quality and the build is faultless. Mark and his team obviously live and breathe cycling and their customer service is first class.

Excellent display of bicycles, all types from mountain bikes, gravel, road. Cafe has great food, Dale snr makes awesome cakes.

Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff who are happy to share advice. Well stocked shop and the service / turnaround if something goes wrong is second none in my experience. Worth every penny.

Fantastic knowledge and passion for cycling! Great service whether that be in talking me through the bike, building one for me - so happy with my Kinesis Tripster AT :), fitting the bike (the difference it makes to have a properly fitted bike) or bringing it back for a complimentary first service! Brilliant shop for everything you need for cycling - couldn’t recommend enough
