Parkgate Mobility

Customer service over the phone leaves alot to be desired. Two different women both not pleasant to talk to. They were abrupt and make you feel stupid. Alot of elderly and vulnerable people may need to use their service. So they should be alot more patient, understanding and sympathetic.

Called in with my father to sort out mobility scooter and the sales man was very helpful and wasn't pushy listened to my dad's needs and sorted out a home demo . I would recommend this store .

Highly recommended.Phone call was made and there was a very polite lady who was very heplful who arranged for my farther to have a home visit within a week .Dan came out to my father's bungalow to service his scooter and replace the batterys which he had on the van. Really easy no stress from start to finish . I would highly recommend parkgate beeston and look forward to using there services in the future.

Dismissive, discourteous. Got annoyed when I went to bring my mobility scooter inside, was more concerned with her door than helping me. Brushed off my potential as a customer when you are ready

We went into parkgate mobility looking to buy a mobility scooter after visiting many other mobility shops in and around the Nottingham area, the lady in the shop was very polite, friendly and helpful, she was able to tell us all the information about the products that we asked. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is great, we brought a suitable scooter and it was ready to take with us there and then. We would definitely recommend this shop to family and friends

Good range of wheeled aids and helpful staff

It's good to promote local businesses but especially ones run by kind people.This team went out of their way to help my Mum make the most out of her old scooter. They asked if we were aware it can be used as a portable scooter that can be taken apart to fit in most car boots. Without making any profit, they gave an hour of their time to advise and demonstrate how to take it apart and reassemble it so it could be transported relatively easily...saving me money on purchasing or hiring a wheelchair or upgrading to a more expensive travel scooter. (which is what I went into the store for initially) They even went to the trouble of applying wd40 to the scooter as it had not been taken apart in a very long time!Would highly recommend this shop based on the people running it!

Excellent work Simon engineer and very quick my scooter is better now than when I first bought it apparently was new when I bought it and thank to glenys for your great customer service I would 100% recommend you to everyone and will be 100% happy to come back again
