Quick, efficient and really helpful. After going with no appt after a flat tyre en route to work the guys were really lovely, and I was on the road again within 20 mins. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for such great service

Had tyres fitted at our home address for convenience. First fitter to attend did not balance the tyres correctly and damaged 2 of the alloys. After several phone calls and emails they have agreed to sort damaged alloys.We are still left out if pocket and will be without a car for a couple of days while the repair takes place.Going to a national company you would hope the the job would be completed to a high standard and not left with damage to the vehicle.

Dropped a wheel off for puncture repair. Job was good and the lad who helped me with a bulb for my mums car was extremely helpful. Dark haired lad, don't know his name but big thanks to him! Alls good.

Took my car today for front wheel alignment. Dropped off at 8.30 without an appointment and fitted it in no problem. I had a 50% off voucher but they rang me before starting any work to say they couldn't honour it due to the parts that needed adjusting being seized incurring extra work. I told them to go ahead with it and it was done by 10am. Great service knowledgeable staff and reasonable price. Thanks again

Absolutely amazing stuff. Darren was a top lad who got the job sorted within 15 minutes compared to other garages which would’ve taken hours.Luckily the nail we had didn’t puncture the tyre but Darren sorted it out without fuss.Highly recommend going here for any issues. Thanks again.

Terrible service. Booked in for 2 tyres and tracking. 2hrs after my booking time called and they said they have not even started it. cancelled the booking and refunded. Will not use this garage again. Only gave 1 star because i couldn't select zero

Had previously taken my car to National Tyre whenever I had problems with my tyres but after my two most recent visits I noticed they put on a warranty I didn't ask for on my bill. This was never requested by myself and the mechanic didn't even say the work had a warranty, how long the work was covered for etc. (sadly I only spotted it on my bill later)As this was somewhere I'd used for a number of years I'm very disappointed to see a supposed 'trusted brand' treat their loyal customers like this. Thankfully I've not used a local independent tyre garage that is way better value. AVOID

Work they did was first class and staff very helpful. But the price match that they say they do is a bit ambiguous. Quoted £185 and that apparently was with a 20% discount - finally got them down to a more reasonable £145 - would have preferred not to haggle and they just gave me best price in the first place.

Arrived to have two new tyres fitted, lad in the office advised me to go home and book online as I’d save myself some money ( not many places would do that ) booked online for a few days later. National was nearly £80 cheaper for what I wanted than someone else locally. Arrived at my time slot, car was in and out in half an hour. Also very surprised they didn’t try and sell me any extras that I’d supposedly need, another local well known tyre place tried that with me, when I knew full well my car didn’t need what they said was needed. I was hesitant to try national for that exact reason but everything went fine.Will be back in the new year for a service!
