We switched to a local delivery service after being annoyed that a pint of milk in a supermarket is often cheaper than a pint of bottled water and it just doesn’t seem fair for farmers. You can really taste the difference and all deliveries turn up on time and first thing in the morning before we’re up!

They have been delivering to us for a year. Nice milk , cream and efficiently run.

Great milk and local produce, good delivery and great food to work with. Sometimes don't have everything in stock like cheese, but really good quality milk.

Ordered for all of my dairy needs last week. Slow to answer on the phone but keep calling you will get through. Easiest just to order on the website. Fantastic customer service from the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, who was more than accomodating in arranging the details of my deliveries. Regular early deliveries, high end British produce. Looking forward to my first delivery in the morning!

I've Loved the non homogenised milk in glass bottles and the very reliable deliveries, But i have not had an invoice for some months now and for weeks EVERY TIME I RING UP I JUST GET TOLD that the call can't be completed now and to try again later- No chance to leave a message. this is so frustrating and time wasting that i hesitate to recommend you to friends until the communication is improved

Changing to having milk delivered in glass bottles is the best thing I ever did - no more plastic! Great milk, we get eggs and cheese from this place too. Not always easy to contact as these people are farmers, they don’t sit at the end of the phone all day but their produce is superb and I will never buy milk in plastic packaging again.

Dunns Dairy,I wanted to start supporting farmers more so found one that delivers to me, however the milk turns up on Tuesday & Saturday (not Monday & Friday like it said on website) so first two deliveries were wasted sat by the front door in the sun, once I clocked on it was fine, but the milk does seem to go off after a day or two which is a shame, I've also attempted to order food from the website but all orders get ignored, been waiting on an email reply for around a week and impossible to contact over the phone, they haven't charged me at all in the month ive been getting deliveries (which may be fine for some) but its concerning to me as it did say on website they would invoice bi-weekly. The milk has lovely cream and when fresh its great, I have noticed the 1 star hygiene rating though, which I'm trying to put down to the paperwork side, as I do appreciate farmer life is extremely hard to balance.

They've delivered to us for getting on for 17 years (or more?). Totally reliable, whatever the weather, snow or flood. Can only remember one non-delivery, when the village was cut off with snow. Lovely old fashioned milk, with the cream at the top of the bottle, at a good price too. Effortless payment in the years since they've used Internet banking. Thoroughly recommend.

Have had deliveries for the past year but recently they had a new driver who it appears is unable to deliver to us. Found milk discarded over a mile away and no apology made or reply given to the initial email I sent. Further deliveries have not arrived although apparently the driver is ticking off that they have been delivered! Have a young granddaughter so milk is essential. Unable to speak on the phone and they are clearly unconcerned that we are left with no milk. Told it was all down to a newish driver . They clearly don’t want the business and there are more reliable delivery services out there. Don’t bother with them!

Made the switch from supermarket milk about 4 months ago and would not look back. Iv'e never seen or heard our milkman but the milk has always been delivered on time. They are also very good at amending orders for when we are away which is helpful.
