At last someone who listens, sorts out the issues and explains in terms a none tech person who has very limited IT knowledge can understand. Matt came out as soon as he could and sorted my issues without overcharging. I would recommend him every time.

Great to find Matt - Solihull computer expert helper. Friendly and knowledgeable and efficient and speedy both to diagnose and repair. Excellent advice on the phone too. Reliable and trustworthy. Delighted to find someone who listens and then can answer my questions. Being available on eve of big bank holiday such a relief. Good teacher and willing to explain 'why' in this complex realm that self-taught oldies like me struggle with. Thoroughly recommend Matt if you have any computer worries. Matt has just left after fixing a major problem with my laptop and some minor problems with wife's laptop. He is so approachable and not only listens to what you say but acts on it. I have no problem recommending him. ( I very rarely recommend anyone) but am pleased to pass this on to you.

Matt has solved our IT problems for at least 5-10years. Service is always prompt and personal:advice is freely given,sometimes over the phone. Technical knowledge is brilliant, he always delivers a solution and an explanation. Call outs are expensive, so bundle your problems together.He works very efficiently and is a first class problem solver - who passes on knowledge and tips.
