I visited the restaurant of this lovely department store today & really enjoyed a cup of coffee & slice of cake, which got totally ruined when a lady decided to sit right next to me hurling an enormous amount of verbal abuse due to me texting my sick Husband in hospital whilst the staff did nothing to assist me!

We went to the restaurant. I took my Mum in her wheelchair and it was easy to get her in as it's fairly spacious. We both enjoyed our meals, fish and chips, and 3 bean chilli. Reasonable price and good friendly service

They have some good items here. The eyebrow waxing service is great and reasonably-priced. The bedding is attractive and great value when on sale however if you want superking sizes you almost always need to go online hence the 4 star rating.

Cafe food was okay but nothing special! Very small portion of cottage pie for £8, potatoes were not mashed and carrots on the side from a tin. However the tea and hot drinks were very reasonable, high chairs available for little ones and the cafe itself was very clean.

Everyone I saw was wearing a mask so I felt really safe.They( Maine) have a sale on and I managed to find two pairs of shorts with 50% off, what a bargain.The changing rooms are closed but the assistant sales lady said I could return them if they didn't fit.Perfect fit so I'm still have a 32inch waist which is good news.

I should have taken a picture pre-ingestion but too nice to allow to go cold. The hot drink and cake offer is good offer. Clean shop and very welcoming staff! Restaurant upstairs is well worth a visit!

Great sized store that has most things you could want. Certainly one of the better stores still open on commercial Road.The inside can be a little bit of a maze at times but you quickly find where you need to go. Decor could also do with an update but that come from being in such an old building.Staff have always been really helpful and pleasant whenever I've been in there. I've always had a good shopping experience there

Decent sized store with a good variety of brands, has the feeling of a high street within a shop. Can sometimes be a bit chaotic in the layout however it is quite spacious and their is room to move about.They are often having sales but you need to be careful as sometimes items are expensive in a plot make their own brand items seem better value.Definitely worth a look if you out for a shopping trip, there is a coffee shop and a cafe inside. The cafe is a bit hit and miss on food though.

They were running a sale but I felt items were expensive in a ploy to make their own brand items seem better value. Worth a look if you out for a shopping trip

Went to have our make up done at the Mac counter for a hen party. Was amazing. Staff were so lovely. And even though there was an issue with the booking staff were still able to fit us all in!
