I left my laptop in to get repaired here and had brought it to other local computer companies who were unable to fix it. Newry Computer Centre were able to fix it and at a good price. Highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favour and do not go here. I got charged for them to tell me what I already knew, and was charged more for them doing nothing than I was originally quoted for a repair. By the way, the only reason that they got any money off me was that you have to prepay 25 pound. Poor customer service and any of the items I seen are vastly over priced. I made the mistake of going here once, I'll certaintly not make that mistake again.

Avoid this place if you can, everything in the shop is massively marked up and can be bought pretty much anywhere else at least half the price.The manager has a serious case of small man syndrome and for someone who owns a computer shop knows nothing about computers but will happily provide you with incorrect information

Do not go here for screen replacements. i brought my iphone 8 in as i smashed it the night before, only problem was that the screen wasnt working. handed it back to me not working at all, battery would display '0%' and once the charger was taken off it would die. they took no responsibility and ended up putting my old screen back on and giving me a refund. now im sitting here with a phone that wont charge aswell as a broken screen. trust me there is plenty of other shops that will repair phones in newry for much cheaper and more professionallyEDIT: got the phone fixed in another shop, a chip had fell out of the phones motherboard while they were fixing the screen

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Really Bad Attitude from staff, Charged £25 as soon as I walked through the door?I felt like a hindrance to them, I was then charged an extra £35 the next day for time £60 total and they couldn't even fix my PC.Took it to another repair shop just down the street and they had it working next day for just £30.Avoid this shop they are overpriced and not very good at their job.I don't like leaving bad reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to, so other people like me aren't ripped off again.

Avoid at all costs. Very overpriced, was charged £50 to be told they couldn’t fix my laptop, after having only tried a software update? Terrible service and rude staff
