iSmash - Leeds

My battery needed replacing in my iPhone so I booked in with ismash Leeds, trinity shopping centre. Lovely gentleman fixed my phone straight away, excellent customer service and value for money. Really pleased. I will definitely return in the future and so would highly recommend ismash Leeds :)

I took my Pixel 7 to get a new battery fitted today at iSmash. Abu who looked after me and did the repair was very friendly and professional. Abu explained what happens with the repair and gave me a time to collect it. I returned at the time Abu had given me to find the phone fixed and he was even charging my phone for me. Great service, would highly recommend.

Great customer service! I brought in my Google Pixel phone in the other day, as the screen has lifted. Got the diagnosis of the issue straight away. The phone was fixed promptly and returned to me in a pristine condition. The staff was super friendly and informed me that they are also google repair partners! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who uses Google phones

Friendly, helpful and quick. The diagnosis of the problem was found immediately. The part was then ordered and delivered within 2 days. The phone was fixed within a couple of hours and tested. It also comes with a 1 year warranty. Above all this the staff were incredible and very helpful. 11/10 would recommend to everyone and price was much cheaper than other places.

My Pixel's battery had stopped functioning and I could only use the phone while it was charging so I booked an appointment online, I paid a small deposit to cover them ordering in the new battery. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment but they were fine with that and really flexible.When they looked at the phone it turned out the battery had swollen and started to distort the phone, I hadn't noticed this as the case had hidden the bulge! The new battery was fitted within an hour and the phone is like new again. They accepted a discount code too and the price for the job was excellent, especially with a year's warranty. I got some great advice about battery/phone use too which was really helpful. Fantastic service and highly recommended. Thanks again guys.

Didn’t trust myself to install a screen protector for my iPhone 13 so I initially went into the Apple store to see if they could help me out. They said they couldn’t do it for screen protectors bought outside of their company :/ but not too many steps away I saw iSmash and thought it wouldn’t hurt to quickly ask if they could do it instead. They were so nice about it and were absolutely fine with doing it for me. It’s aligned perfectly with no bubbles and I’m so sure I would’ve failed to get it that perfect. Thanks so much to both the workers who were there today, especially Abu who was immediate in offering to install the screen protector! Really really appreciate it.

My samsung s22 screen needed replacing after a fall. The two guys at the shop were great, helpful and informative. The screen was replaced and the phone is as good as new. Great customer service!

My phone stopped working and I went to apple and they said the phone is completely finished and impossible to repair. Went to ismash and talked to Abu and Ghufran and they fixed my phone straight away and charged me way cheaper. 100% satisfied with the service. Would recommend anyone with phone issues to go straight to them and not apple.

I smashed my phone yesterday evening and it was completely unusable. I booked an appointment and by 11 o'clock the next morning it was fully repaired. Why buy a new phone when you can fix an otherwise perfectly functioning one for a decent price!

Excellent same day service again - I dropped my phone (Again) and my phone screen went completely black, albeit not smashed/cracked. A quick call to iSmash and they told me they could fix it the same day and likely for free as it was in warranty (Having fitted me a screen earlier in the year). I went and ninety mins later I had a shiny new screen free of charge. Top blokes and really really good service.
