After having 3 babies in close succession I asked Amanda to help with strengthening my core so I could be stronger than I was before (pre-children I had a good fitness level). Through Amanda, I’ve have gone back to basics and I have developed a much stronger core. It was tested recently with a few days of hard labour, which would normally leave my back in pain for days but I’ve felt nothing! Thank you Amanda!

Amanda has a professional and tailored approach to my PT training . She systematically pushes me to work hard but I’d also careful to constantly correct technique and avoid injury . When I’ve had other exercise injuries ( for example running ) she has customised further to avoid damage and gradually help improve my recovery . The gym is new , clean and well equipped . I’m a fan

East Devon’s best - Amanda’s knowledge, expertise and understanding of personal health and fitness is authentic and when combined with her attention to detail and tailored programmes for each client second to none - together they are dynamite. Amanda balances the individual needs and potential of her clients perfectly. I am stronger, fitter and more confident. Been going to Amanda’s circuit sessions for over a year now and really love them. No two sessions are the same and every week there’s a new exercise I’ve never even seen before. Amanda makes me work hard but she is also supportive and her encouragement drives me do a bit more than I thought I could. There is a great dynamic in the group which makes the sessions more fun and rewarding. The cliff top outdoor setting is incredible and indoor option at a beautiful new gym a big added bonus. Even if I don’t manage anything else in the week I wouldn’t miss my circuits class and would highly recommend Amanda’s Fitness to anyone. Thanks Amanda

I have been working out with Amanda for a while now (in person and online) and she is great. She really knows her stuff and her new gym is wonderful. I move around a fair bit but I always end up coming back to Amanda. I don't especially enjoy working out but Amanda is always full of energy and helps to keep me motivated to keep going. Highly recommended!

I jumped at the chance last year when covid rules allowed Amanda to run outdoor circuit's and PTs. She is always there with advice and ensures that you have your technique correct to avoid any injury and to get the best results. Gives options if you require an alternative exercise.Circuit's have been a great class (even in the dark and the rain!) You never quite know what that session will entail, which is great that it is always varied and between a more cardio based and a strength based sessions so it doesn't become stale. The PT sessions are more targeted to specific areas tailored to your requirements, although at times these seem gentle, don't be fooled!Amanda is in my opinion one of the best fitness instructor within our area.

With Amanda’s knowledge and experience I have gone from someone who trips and stumbles to someone who can walk, run and lift weights. I now walk tall and hold my head high with the belief that I can, climb the highest of hills. I would recommend Amanda’s fitness to everyone,
