Absolutely excellent experience with great people and an awesome Sensei. Easily the best thing I’ve done in years, and will continue to do.

Great class and lovely people. Make you feel welcome. Grandson and myself started 6 months ago and continue to really enjoy the classes. Great for all ages.

Excellent class in Templeton Village Hall Tues 5pm to 6.30 (if junior) but goes on to 7pm...anyone can stay on.Thursday from 5.30pm to 7.30pm (juniors finish at 7pm)I'm 64 years and a granny and find it accommodating for my age. All age groups train together.You really gain confidence as you progress up the grades and get lots of support. Very family orientated with retired police officer as chief instructor.

Excellent club with great instructor….my son started a few months ago and loves it. Learning a new skill, with discipline and improving his confidence.

An excellent, friendly club led by a highly skilled, knowledgable and passionate Sensei who always has his student's best interests at heart. This club has something to offer everyone, whether you're a complete newbie or an experienced martial artist. Sensei Rory has a in-depth knowledge of Shotokan Karate that goes beyond the essential punches, kicks and blocks but also includes throws and locks. If you just want to focus on kata that's fine but if you would like to learn how to apply the moves learned in kata (bunkai) and also spar then this club will give you that opportunity. If you want to learn practical self-defence skills then this is also the club for you. Sensei Rory is an exceptional teacher who, through his passionate and encouraging style, is able to inspire confidence and bring out the very best in his students. This club will appeal to anyone looking to get fit in a friendly, safe environment (all sports carry their risks of course); and who want to be apart of a well run, disciplined club led by a Sensei who is the real deal.
