Excellent store! Really nice vibrant atmosphere, the staff are friendly and helpful - even when busy. Lots of choice, shelves are full and colourful and it’s always a fun experience.Would advise going on a weekday if you are doing a longer shop, as the store can get quite crowded particularly on Saturdays.

Great store! All staff members are friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. We recently popped in and they told us about the bath bomb making experience and trail, this was a great addition to include and will be signing up to these again in the future. We really enjoyed it, thank you.

It was great that children are more aware ways and importance of protecting wildlife. Although more guided support would be better as its not easy to find the signs. It may also be better if the signs are bigger and more stand out. Bath bomb making is definitely motivational enough for them to complete all tasks. I like the questioning part to ensure children are taking notes but it would be good to make it clearer at the beginning.

I went into the Norwich store today and was met by two lovely staff one helped me find a product I already knew I wanted. And other lovely staff member helped me pick out a new bar of soap he was friendly and talked me through all the options - explained the difference and even helped me find my favourite smell!

My children made bath bombs at lush which was a bookable event they often have! £6 to make and take home a bath bomb! Wonderful friendly staff that went out of there way to help and answer any questions wonderful bunch of people was a great experience!

Oh my god I love love love that shop!! Every time i go in there workers are so sweet, I went in Friday and this girl showed me everything to help me and my feet lol, love her.. not only that the foot massage soap works it's magic

Such a lovely and accommodating store. The staff are nice without being too pushy or in your face. The selection of Lush products is huge and there is just generally a great atmosphere in store.
