James is very helpful and knowledgeable. A bike fit is a necessity for all riders and something I should have done a few years ago. It feels like a different bike and I've got my enthusiasm back. Can't wait to get some serious miles in! James makes good coffee too!

I used James in the summer to tune my new summer bike and then again a few weeks ago for the winter bike. James was very professional and explained what was happening at each stage of the bike fit. I have had a bike fit a fair few years ago where the fitter was purely looking at pressure on the saddle and really forgot about the other factors, causing me more issues. James has made it more comfortable on the bikes, whilst recommending other changes that need to be made including more stretching for myself!! I would not hesitate in recommending James to any other cyclists requiring a bike fit

Fantastic experience. James explained every step of the process and also provided great insight. As a newbie cyclist this was invaluable. Getting a proper bike fit has made such a difference to my performance and importantly is protecting me against injury. Would absolutely recommend.

Had a bike fit with James a few weeks ago to help with a long term back issue. I have to say I'm really impressed. After only a few rides I feel much, much better. Great fit. Great advice on my riding style and great coffee!!

James provided an outstanding service. I arrived, by mistake, a week early for my appointment but James was able to fit me in regardless. My first ever bike fit was interesting, enjoyable and impressive. James was good company answering my many questions and made great coffee too. The bike fit studio was clean, spacious and based within Factor Bikes and so I was surrounded by a selection of mouth watering bikes way beyond my bike finances. I could feel a positive difference immediately when back on the bike and wish I'd gone sooner! I have no hesitation in giving 5 stars and also very good value for money compared to local competition.

Arranged a bike fit with James, while injured. James understood the injury and took this into consideration with every alteration that was made. James explained what he was doing, and what he hoped to gain at each stage. The detail to each change was amazing. He listened to my feed back, to help with the changes. Really would recommend James for a bike fit, he was so assuring and confident in what he was doing. You immediately feel this is the right place for a bike fit. Made previous bike fits memorable for the wrong reasons.

James was excellent in helping me understand not just how adjustments to my bike can impact my ride, but also my own body structure and shape. Since the visit, I am more comfortable on the bike, and continue to focus on the tips James suggested

Highly recommend getting a bike fit with James at ride harder. He covered every detail and offered great advice and support pre and post bike fit.I was getting to point where I thought I may have to give up cycling due to severe back pain but now I'm able to enjoy my cycling again.

Can’t rave enough about how excellent my bike fit was that James did. So informative and helpful. Sorted out so so much to get me in a far more Aero position that is very comfortable to hold and stay in for much longer. Would 100% recommend James to a friend. Thanks so much.

I can not recommend James highly enough! The bike fit wasn't a straight forward one but James adapted and done everything he could to make it work for me. James's knowledge and professionalism have been second to none and his aftercare has been equally as brilliant. The changes James recommended to me have made a huge difference to my riding and I'm very grateful for that.
