These bands are absolutely amazing, buying the set provides you an almost home gym as you can do hundreds od exercises.As a Pilates Instructor , I can do so many variations with those bands and their quality is great, really durable. I highly recommend these for anyone who likes to build strength at home.

I would absolutely recommend these bands as I was impressed at both the intensity of the workout they provided and their versatility. The resistance bands come with different intensity levels so you can work your way up, and they can be used to target lots of different muscle groups so great for home workouts!

My shape bands have proved invaluable this year. They have made resistance training at home possible at a time when we haven’t been able to get to the gym. I even took them in holiday. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone for home or class exercise.

Shape Resistance Bands.I purchased a set of these bands for myself and I have since gone on to purchase as a gift for 2 family members. I use them everyday and the quality is far superior to other bands I have used in the past.Great for all over body conditioning - really recommend them.

Shape Resistance Bands
The bands are amazing. I’ve only used them for a short amount of time in my golf training and have noticed massive improvements in strength and distance. Another way I have noticed a difference is endurance, not I don’t seem to get tired as easily.

Shape Resistance Bands
While it's early days for me using Shape Bands, so far I feel they're giving me just as good a workout as the programme I did at the gym, if not better, as I tended to rush through my routine. A small, one-off payment is certainly a lot better than my monthly gym membership, plus I don't have to exercise in a room full of people! Although I didn't know how to target specific muscle groups at first, after I signed up for their free training programme and watched the how-to videos, I knew what I was doing. The different grades of band means I can gradually increase the resistance. They're compact and light enough to take on holiday.

Shape Resistance Bands
After doing quite alot of research on resistance bands, I eventually chose these guys. The information provided on their videos was detailed and it showed the strength of the product. There are lots of other less well made bands. It is am amazing product and has really helped with my strengthening up my core which I needed to do as I have a prolapsed disc. I would recommend shape resistance bands very highly.
