First class service! Thank you so much for making our move from Cumbria to Yorkshire an easy journey. The whole process was made seamless by a thoroughly professional operation from storage to final move. And all done with excellent banter from Rob and James at no extra cost!

Having had excellent service on our house move we decided to use the safe storage service for some items we were unsure about. After almost 2 years of paying our bills on time (in which we could not actually see our items), we decided to move our things and were told that the minimum price would be £350 if we hired our own van. The reason given was that someone would have to be paid 8 hours of time even if less than an hour was taken! Eventually Robert agreed that I could move my own furniture to my own van with his assistance and this took less than an hour. For this privilege I was charged £275 which I think is a vast overcharge. I have since paid £200 which I was reluctant to pay but am still being asked for another £75.At no time have we signed a contract which shows these excessive exit fees and I warn other potential users to be aware of what lies ahead when you try to end your storage agreement.

We first used this company back in 2011 and were very impressed. A short move from one side of the M6 in Cumbria to the other. This year in September Rob and his colleague moved me again but this time 350miles to the south of the UK. Excellent service and all delivered safely. Very friendly chaps. It was the least stressful part of the whole saga. I would recommend them very highly

Rob and James were very cheerful this morning conscientiously turning up an hour early and totally removed the stress of moving. I would like to state how flexible they were in accommodating my changing dates owing to difficulties with my move - thank you very much. However, I would recommend that a written quote is obtained before taking out storage as the final bill was more than expected.

We used this company to move my parents into their new home. Robert and James were absolutely brilliant, they were super helpful and respectful of my parents belongings. Nothing was too much trouble even carrying things up two floors in a heatwave!!Would definitely recommend.
