John was very friendly and courteous on the first phone call. He explained what he would be doing and how long it would take. He asked about the house and was very informative when I asked him a couple of questions. Arrived early again very friendly and professional. Highly recommended have booked for next year having had issues with my drainpipes at my previous property which caused no end of damp problems will be using him regularly I don't want those issues again. Thank you John!!
